Refund policy

1. 30-Day Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, in line with our return policy terms.

This includes:

  1. Change of mind
  2. Dissatisfaction with comfort or performance
  3. Wrong size or colour ordered
  4. Product not meeting expectations

2. Conditions for Refund

To be eligible:

  1. You must request the return within 30 days of delivery
  2. The item must be in reasonable condition (no obvious damage, stains, or excessive wear)
  3. You do not need to provide a reason, but it helps us improve

We accept returns on opened items (pillows, sleep masks, etc.) – we simply ask that they be returned in fair condition after trying them.


3. Defective Products

If your product arrives defective (broken, malfunctioning, material flaw):

  1. You may keep the product – no return needed
  2. We will issue a full refund within 3–5 business days
  3. Email us photos of the defect for approval

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us within 30 days of delivery at: support@biezestore.com

Subject line: "Refund Request – Order #[Order Number]"

Include in your email:

  1. Your order number
  2. Reason for return (e.g., change of mind, defect, etc.)
  3. For defects: Attach clear photos
  4. For returns: Confirm you will ship the item back

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with our return shipping address via email.


5. Return Shipping

  1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  2. We recommend using a tracked shipping method (we are not responsible for lost returns)
  3. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue your refund within 3–5 business days

6. Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order separately.


7. Refund Issuance

Refunds are sent to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process the refund after receiving the return. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items showing obvious use, damage, or missing tags (beyond reasonable trial)
